The Unfolding of Everything (For RISHI)

All you have to do is breathe

It is the entire unfolding of everything

Slip outside of your perception

For a moment let go of life’s lessons

Simply

Open up the senses

Not just a body with this heart beating

Not just the mind, endlessly thinking

Not just this vibrating entity 

I am eternal energy

Begin, first, on the breath

Letting go of all the rest

Think

And

Worry

Less

There is a wind song playing

While, together, they're swaying

Generation of lilies on the hillside

Rejuvenation springing from the inside

Vision begins expanding

Focus out from the light that's dancing

Further and further, with patience and grace

See all of them in rhythm, the dance embraced

Patterns playing out on certain scales

From protozoa to Antarctic blue whale

Widening

Undefining 

Beyond the mind

Past eons of time

It's not that everything becomes smaller in size

From a further perspective, it's unity -realized-

From the grander to the smaller scheme

More minute than the atom, larger than the galaxy 

There may be no difference between

The tangible and the powerful unseen

Seeing and sensing, specks and sparks of light

Streaming from all souls, the single source of life

Knowing now, this does not come from above

It comes from within in, the source is LOVE

To notice

Is to know this

You don't need hope

Only notice

And then

Just hold this

I am the lily

I am the breeze

I am everything

I am not my five senses

I am an essence 

In darkness I still have sight

Because

I am the light

I am the light

I am the light

Not just a body with this heart beating

Not just the mind, endlessly thinking

Not just this vibrating entity 

I am eternal energy

All you have to do is breath 

It is the entire unfolding of everything

I absorbed this when I first heard this

Now I'm no longer nervous

It is obvious that purpose is service

To Understand this, one only must Observe this
